Aghardi

Aghardi is a comic book originally published between 1969 and 1970 drawing on the occult and pseudo-scientific hypotheses popularised in the 60s by authors such as Louis Pauwels, Jacques Bergier and Erich von Däniken-

A US organisation that studies the phenomenon of UFOs organises several expeditions around the world to analyse possible links between ancient civilisations and extra-terrestrial visitors. Samantha (a young, skeptical researcher), Jo (another scientist who believes some theories to be true), the photographer Steve, and Martha, a young journalist, are the members of these expeditions that take them from South America to their final destination in Tibet, where, if legends are to be believed, the mythical city of Aghardi is located.
